Fallowing retiring from either gymanstic exercise around 1999, she sparked a select few contestation by posing for the Romanian edition of Playboy, the Japanese magazine Shukan Gendai, and likewise appearing within cd of her gymanstic exercise routines performed bare-breasted. For even this insult, she was banned from either either coaching job or competing inside Romania from 2002 to 2007. (Teammates Lavinia Milosovici and Claudia Presecan were also banned for appearing in the streaming.) She afterward spent a select few period coaching job inside Italy.
